Common questions
Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. Sign up, connect your store, and use the platform free for 14 days. We only ask for payment details when you're ready to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, your tenant database is permanently deleted.
Do prices include HST / GST?
All listed prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes. Applicable Canadian taxes will be added at checkout based on your province.
Can I add more warehouses or registers to my plan?
Yes — warehouses and registers are available as add-ons on any plan. They're billed monthly alongside your subscription.
Is there a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. Volume discounts are available for businesses with 3 or more locations. Contact us for a custom quote.
